Integrasi Digital-PRA untuk Agribisnis Berkelanjutan di Kraton Magetan
Keywords:
Digital agriculture, PRA, Sustainable agribusiness, Farm recordsAbstract
This article analyses the integration of digital technology and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) in sustainable agribusiness development in Kraton, Mranggen District. The study was adapted from a mixed-method participatory case study using field observation, semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, transect walks, resource mapping, seasonal calendars, problem-ranking matrices, and digital documentation. The findings show that digital tools already support daily communication among local agribusiness actors, but their use for farm-business records, market coordination, production documentation, and collective decision making remains limited. PRA helps reveal local potentials, priority constraints, actor relationships, and feasible interventions, while digitalization strengthens documentation, follow-up, and monitoring. The proposed model combines participatory mapping, contextual digital literacy, simple business records, collaborative marketing, and iterative evaluation. Sustainable agribusiness in Kraton therefore requires affordable, simple, relevant, and learnable technologies that keep farmers as the main decision makers.
