The development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of the agricultural sector, including dairy farming businesses that require efficient production management and broader market access. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of digital-based production management and milk marketing in improving farmers’ income at Kampung Susu Lawu, Magetan Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving dairy farmers, business managers, and digital marketing actors as research informants. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of digital technology in production management improved the efficiency of production recording, livestock health monitoring, feed management, and milk distribution control. Furthermore, the utilization of digital marketing through social media platforms and online marketplaces expanded market reach, increased consumer engagement, and enhanced product sales. The implementation of digitalization contributed positively to increasing farmers’ income by improving operational efficiency and expanding marketing opportunities. However, challenges remain, particularly related to digital literacy, internet accessibility, and limited technical assistance. Therefore, continuous training and institutional support are necessary to strengthen digital transformation in dairy farming agribusiness.
